The City of Altus, herein after called the “City,” is seeking bids to construct roadway, parking and bathroom building for the Altus City Reservoir. The project includes new bathroom building with 668 feet 4-in sewer line and 787 feet of 8-in water main water. Also included is construction of 1,107 ft of two-lane road and parking lot to provide 61 parking spaces. All roads and parking lots shall be concrete.
Sealed bids will be received until 3:00 PM, Wednesday, September 27, 2023, in the Altus City Clerk’s Office on the 2nd Floor of City Hall at 509 S. Main Street, Altus, Oklahoma, 73521-3135. A public bid-opening will be held at this time.
Bidders are invited to attend a non-mandatory pre-bid meeting to be held at 1:00 PM, Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at the Altus City Hall located at 509 S. Main Street, Altus, OK 73521-3135.
